باستخدامك منصة Clikit (المُقدَّمة من FaresArts) على clikit.app فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.

1. وصف الخدمة

Clikit منصة لإدارة المحتوى التسويقي تساعدك على تخطيط محتوى شهري، وتوليد الصور والكابشن بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وجدولة ونشر المحتوى على حساباتك الاجتماعية المرتبطة.

2. الحساب ومسؤولياتك

• أنت مسؤول عن دقة بيانات حسابك والحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور.
• أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك.

3. الاستخدام المقبول

• تملك الحقوق اللازمة للبراند والمنتجات والصور التي ترفعها أو تستوردها.
• يُمنع استخدام الخدمة لأي محتوى مخالف للقانون أو منتهِك لحقوق الغير أو مضلّل.
• تلتزم بسياسات كل منصة اجتماعية تنشر عليها (مثل شروط Meta/Instagram).

4. المحتوى المُولّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي

المحتوى المُولّد يُقدَّم "كما هو" لأغراض مساعدتك. أنت مسؤول عن مراجعته قبل النشر وعن أي محتوى يُنشر من حسابك. قد تختلف دقة النصوص أو الصور، خصوصاً النصوص داخل الصور.

5. النشر على الحسابات الاجتماعية

بربط حساباتك، تفوّض Clikit بنشر المحتوى الذي تعتمده أو تجدوله نيابةً عنك. يمكنك إلغاء الربط في أي وقت. أنت المسؤول عن الالتزام بسياسات كل منصة.

6. الاشتراكات والدفع

تتوفّر خطة مجانية وخطط مدفوعة. تفاصيل الأسعار معروضة في صفحة الاشتراك وقد تتغيّر. بوابة الدفع الإلكتروني قيد التطوير.

7. الملكية الفكرية

تحتفظ بملكية بيانات براندك ومنتجاتك. تظل حقوق منصة Clikit وتصميمها وبرمجياتها ملكاً لنا.

8. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدود المسؤولية

تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" دون ضمانات. لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو خسائر ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة أو المحتوى المُولّد أو النشر على المنصات الاجتماعية، إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون.

9. الإنهاء

يمكنك إيقاف استخدام الخدمة وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. يحق لنا تعليق الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط.

10. القانون المُطبّق

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

Terms of Service

By using the Clikit platform (provided by FaresArts) at clikit.app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service description

Clikit is a marketing-content management platform that helps you plan monthly content, generate images and captions with AI, and schedule and publish content to your connected social accounts.

2. Account & your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and keeping your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• You own the necessary rights to the brand, products, and images you upload or import.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.
• You comply with the policies of every social platform you publish to (e.g., Meta/Instagram terms).

4. AI-generated content

Generated content is provided "as is" to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing it before publishing and for any content published from your account. Accuracy of text or images may vary, especially text rendered inside images.

5. Publishing to social accounts

By connecting your accounts, you authorize Clikit to publish content you approve or schedule on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time. You are responsible for complying with each platform's policies.

6. Subscriptions & payment

A free plan and paid plans are available. Pricing details are shown on the Subscription page and may change. Online payment is under development.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your brand and product data. Rights to the Clikit platform, its design, and its software remain ours.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the service, generated content, or publishing to social platforms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
