باستخدامك منصة Clikit على clikit.app فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.
تُقدِّم خدمة Clikit شركةُ Clikit LLC، وهي شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة مسجّلة في ولاية وايومنغ بالولايات المتحدة، وعنوانها المسجّل: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. وحيثما وردت «نحن» في هذه الشروط فالمقصود Clikit LLC.
1. وصف الخدمة
Clikit منصة لإدارة المحتوى التسويقي تساعدك على تخطيط محتوى شهري، وتوليد الصور والكابشن بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وجدولة ونشر المحتوى على حساباتك الاجتماعية المرتبطة.
2. الحساب ومسؤولياتك
- أنت مسؤول عن دقة بيانات حسابك والحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور.
- أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك.
- قد نطلب توثيق رقم جوالٍ تملكه لحماية حسابك؛ وبه تستطيع استعادة حسابك إن نسيت بريدك وكلمة المرور، فأبقِه محدَّثًا.
3. الاستخدام المقبول
- تملك الحقوق اللازمة للبراند والمنتجات والصور التي ترفعها أو تستوردها.
- يُمنع استخدام الخدمة لأي محتوى مخالف للقانون أو منتهِك لحقوق الغير أو مضلّل.
- تلتزم بسياسات كل منصة اجتماعية تنشر عليها (مثل شروط Meta/Instagram).
4. المحتوى المُولّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي
المحتوى المُولّد يُقدَّم "كما هو" لأغراض مساعدتك. أنت مسؤول عن مراجعته قبل النشر وعن أي محتوى يُنشر من حسابك. قد تختلف دقة النصوص أو الصور، خصوصاً النصوص داخل الصور.
5. النشر على الحسابات الاجتماعية
بربط حساباتك، تفوّض Clikit بنشر المحتوى الذي تعتمده أو تجدوله نيابةً عنك. يمكنك إلغاء الربط في أي وقت. أنت المسؤول عن الالتزام بسياسات كل منصة.
6. الاشتراكات والدفع
تتوفّر خطة مجانية وخطط مدفوعة شهرية تتجدّد تلقائيًّا حتى توقف التجديد، وباقات رصيدٍ إضافي. الأسعار معروضة في صفحة الاشتراك بالريال السعودي ولا تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة (تُضاف عند الدفع)، وقد تتغيّر. يتم الدفع في صفحة الدفع الآمنة لـ Stripe، ويظهر البائع في الإيصال باسم «Sold through Link» شريكنا في معالجة الدفع والضرائب. يخضع الإلغاء والاسترداد لـسياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد.
مساحة التخزين عند الانتقال إلى خطةٍ أصغر
لكل خطةٍ في كليكت حدٌّ لمساحة التخزين يظهر في صفحة الخطط. إذا انتقل حسابك إلى خطةٍ حدّ تخزينها أصغر — بانتهاء اشتراكك المدفوع أو إلغائه، أو بتخفيض خطتك، أو بقرارٍ إداري — وكانت ملفاتك أكبر من حدّ الخطة الجديدة:
- نُنذرك فورًا بالبريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك وبإشعارٍ داخل التطبيق، ونذكر اسم الخطة الجديدة وحدّها، ومقدار ما يزيد عليه، وتاريخ الحذف الذي لا يقلّ عن ثلاثين (30) يومًا من الإنذار، ونذكّرك قبله بسبعة أيام ثم بيوم.
- خلال المهلة تستطيع تجنّب الحذف بترقية خطتك أو إعادة الاشتراك (فيُلغى الحذف تلقائيًّا)، أو بحذف ما لا تحتاجه بنفسك حتى تنزل تحت الحدّ، أو بتنزيل نسخةٍ من ملفاتك.
- بعد انقضاء المهلة — إن بقيت ملفاتك فوق حدّ خطتك — نحذف تلقائيًّا ونهائيًّا أقدم الصور والفيديوهات في «المكتبة» حتى تعود مساحتك إلى حدّ خطتك، ثم نرسل إليك إشعارًا بما حُذف. لا يمكن استرجاع الملفات المحذوفة.
- لا نحذف في هذه العملية: شعارك وملفات هويتك، ولا صور منتجاتك، ولا مطبوعاتك، ولا ملفات المشاريع والوحدات خارج المكتبة، ولا أيّ ملفٍ تستعمله منشوراتك المجدولة القادمة أو شاشات العرض أو صفحات الروابط أو الحملات. فإن لم يكفِ ذلك للنزول تحت الحدّ أبقينا ما بقي، ويبقى رفع الملفات الجديدة موقوفًا حتى تُفرغ مساحةً أو ترقّي خطتك.
- المشاريع والشاشات وغيرها ممّا يتجاوز حدود الخطة الجديدة لا تُحذف بهذا البند؛ تبقى كما هي ويُقيَّد إنشاء الجديد منها بحسب خطتك.
- قد نؤجّل الحذف أو نوقفه مؤقّتًا لأسبابٍ تشغيلية؛ وإن أُجّل بعد موعده أرسلنا تذكيرًا جديدًا قبل الحذف بيومٍ على الأقل.
7. الملكية الفكرية
تحتفظ بملكية بيانات براندك ومنتجاتك. تظل حقوق منصة Clikit وتصميمها وبرمجياتها ملكاً لنا.
8. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" دون ضمانات. لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو خسائر ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة أو المحتوى المُولّد أو النشر على المنصات الاجتماعية، إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون.
9. الإنهاء
يمكنك إيقاف استخدام الخدمة وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. يحق لنا تعليق الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط.

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

By using the Clikit platform at clikit.app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The Clikit service is provided by Clikit LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. "We" and "us" in these terms refer to Clikit LLC.
1. Service description
Clikit is a marketing-content management platform that helps you plan monthly content, generate images and captions with AI, and schedule and publish content to your connected social accounts.
2. Account & your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and keeping your password confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may require you to verify a phone number you own to protect your account; it lets you recover your account if you forget your email and password, so keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
- You own the necessary rights to the brand, products, and images you upload or import.
- You may not use the service for any unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.
- You comply with the policies of every social platform you publish to (e.g., Meta/Instagram terms).
4. AI-generated content
Generated content is provided "as is" to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing it before publishing and for any content published from your account. Accuracy of text or images may vary, especially text rendered inside images.
5. Publishing to social accounts
By connecting your accounts, you authorize Clikit to publish content you approve or schedule on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time. You are responsible for complying with each platform's policies.
6. Subscriptions & payment
A free plan, paid monthly plans that renew automatically until you stop renewal, and extra-credit packs are available. Prices are shown on the Subscription page in Saudi riyals, exclude VAT (added at checkout), and may change. Payments are made on Stripe's secure payment page, and the seller on your receipt appears as "Sold through Link", our payment and tax partner. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Storage when you move to a smaller plan
Every Clikit plan has a storage limit shown on the plans page. If your account moves to a plan with a smaller storage limit — because your paid subscription ends or is cancelled, you downgrade, or by an administrative change — and your files exceed the new plan's limit:
- We notify you right away by email (to the address registered on your account) and with an in-app notification, stating the new plan and its limit, how much you are over, and the deletion date, which is at least thirty (30) days after the notice. We remind you 7 days and again 1 day before that date.
- During that period you can avoid deletion by upgrading or re-subscribing (the deletion is cancelled automatically), by deleting files you no longer need until you are under the limit, or by downloading copies of your files.
- After the period ends, if your files are still above your plan's limit, we automatically and permanently delete the oldest images and videos in your Library until your storage is back within the limit, and then notify you of what was deleted. Deleted files cannot be recovered.
- This process never deletes your logo and brand files, your product images, your print files, project and module files outside the Library, or any file used by your upcoming scheduled posts, display screens, link pages or campaigns. If that is not enough to get under the limit, we keep the remaining files, and new uploads stay paused until you free space or upgrade.
- Projects, screens and other items above the new plan's limits are not deleted under this clause; they remain as they are, and creating new ones is limited by your plan.
- We may postpone or pause deletions for operational reasons; if a deletion is postponed past its date, we send a new reminder at least one day before deleting.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your brand and product data. Rights to the Clikit platform, its design, and its software remain ours.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the service, generated content, or publishing to social platforms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
