حذف البيانات

نحترم حقك في التحكم ببياناتك. يمكنك حذف بياناتك من Clikit بأي من الطرق التالية:

1. فصل حساب إنستغرام

من داخل التطبيق، افتح صفحة النشر واضغط فصل إنستغرام. يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف رموز الوصول الخاصة بحسابك على إنستغرام فوراً، ويوقف أي نشر مستقبلي.

2. حذف الحساب وكل البيانات

لطلب حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك بالكامل (المشاريع، المنتجات، المحتوى المُولّد، ورموز الوصول)، راسلنا على:

support@clikit.app — بعنوان "طلب حذف البيانات"، مع ذكر البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك.

سنعالج طلبك ونحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً كحدٍ أقصى، ونرسل لك تأكيداً.

ما الذي يُحذف؟

• بيانات حسابك الشخصي (الاسم، البريد).
• مشاريعك ومنتجاتك المستوردة أو المُدخلة.
• الصور والكابشن والفعاليات المُولّدة.
• رموز الوصول لحساباتك الاجتماعية المرتبطة.

Data Deletion

We respect your right to control your data. You can delete your data from Clikit in any of the following ways:

1. Disconnect your Instagram account

Inside the app, open the Publishing page and click Disconnect Instagram. This immediately deletes your Instagram access tokens and stops any future publishing.

2. Delete your account and all data

To request full deletion of your account and all data (projects, products, generated content, and access tokens), email us at:

support@clikit.app — with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the email registered on your account.

We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days at most, and send you a confirmation.

What gets deleted?

• Your personal account data (name, email).
• Your projects and imported/entered products.
• Generated images, captions, and calendar events.
• Access tokens for your connected social accounts.
