سياسة الخصوصية

تشرح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع منصة Clikit (المُقدَّمة من FaresArts) بياناتك وتستخدمها وتحميها عند استخدامك للموقع والخدمات على clikit.app. باستخدامك المنصة فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور (مُشفّرة عبر Firebase)، أو بيانات ملفك عند التسجيل بحساب Google أو Facebook.
• بيانات المشروع والنشاط: اسم البراند، نوع النشاط، الدولة، ومنتجاتك (الأسماء، الأسعار، الصور) سواء أُدخلت يدوياً أو استُوردت من رابط متجرك أو عبر واجهات المتاجر (سلة/شوبيفاي).
• المحتوى المُولّد: الصور والكابشن والفعاليات التي يُنشئها الذكاء الاصطناعي داخل حسابك.
• روابط التواصل الاجتماعي: معرّف حساب إنستغرام ورموز الوصول (Access Tokens) لتمكيننا من النشر نيابةً عنك بناءً على طلبك أو جدولتك.
• بيانات الاستخدام: رصيد استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي وسجل النشاط لتشغيل الخدمة.

2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• تخطيط محتوى تسويقي شهري وتوليد الصور والكابشن المناسبة لنشاطك ولهجة بلدك.
• جدولة المنشورات ونشرها على حساباتك المرتبطة (مثل إنستغرام) في الأوقات التي تحدّدها أو نقترحها.
• عرض التقارير والإحصاءات الخاصة بحسابك.
• تحسين جودة الخدمة والدعم الفني.

3. بيانات إنستغرام / Meta

عند ربط حساب إنستغرام، نصل إلى حسابك التجاري فقط لنشر المحتوى الذي تعتمده أو تجدوله. نخزّن رموز الوصول بشكل آمن ولا ننشر أي شيء دون إجراء منك أو جدولة أعددتها. نلتزم بشروط منصة Meta وسياساتها.

4. مزوّدو الخدمات (أطراف ثالثة)

• Google Firebase: المصادقة والاستضافة والتخزين وقاعدة البيانات.
• Google Gemini: توليد الصور والنصوص بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
• Meta / Instagram Graph API: نشر المحتوى على حساباتك المرتبطة.

نشارك الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل هذه الخدمات فقط.

5. تخزين البيانات وأمنها

تُخزَّن بياناتك على بنية Google Firebase الآمنة. نطبّق ضوابط وصول ونحمي رموز الوصول، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف.

6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

يمكنك فصل حساب إنستغرام في أي وقت من صفحة النشر، وعندها تُحذف رموز الوصول. لحذف حسابك وبياناتك بالكامل، راجع صفحة حذف البيانات أو راسلنا على support@clikit.app.

7. حقوقك

لك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها. تواصل معنا لأي طلب.

8. الأطفال

الخدمة موجّهة لأصحاب الأنشطة التجارية وليست مخصّصة لمن هم دون 18 عاماً.

9. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر أي تغييرات على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ آخر تعديل.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Clikit (provided by FaresArts) collects, uses, and protects your data when you use the website and services at clikit.app. By using the platform you agree to this policy.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, and password (encrypted by Firebase), or your profile details when you sign up with Google or Facebook.
• Project & business data: brand name, business type, country, and your products (names, prices, images) — entered manually or imported from your store link or store APIs (Salla/Shopify).
• Generated content: AI-generated images, captions, and calendar events within your account.
• Social connections: your Instagram account ID and access tokens, so we can publish on your behalf at your request or schedule.
• Usage data: AI usage quota and activity logs to operate the service.

2. How we use your data

• Plan monthly marketing content and generate images and captions suited to your business and country dialect.
• Schedule and publish posts to your connected accounts (e.g., Instagram) at times you set or we suggest.
• Show reports and analytics for your account.
• Improve service quality and provide support.

3. Instagram / Meta data

When you connect an Instagram account, we access your business account only to publish content you approve or schedule. We store access tokens securely and never post anything without your action or a schedule you set. We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and policies.

4. Third-party service providers

• Google Firebase: authentication, hosting, storage, and database.
• Google Gemini: AI image and text generation.
• Meta / Instagram Graph API: publishing content to your connected accounts.

We share only the minimum data needed to operate these services.

5. Data storage & security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase's secure infrastructure. We apply access controls, protect access tokens, and never sell your data.

6. Data retention & deletion

You can disconnect Instagram anytime from the Publishing page, which removes the access tokens. To delete your account and all data, see the Data Deletion page or email support@clikit.app.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Contact us for any request.

8. Children

The service is intended for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post any changes on this page with an updated date.
