تشرح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع منصة Clikit بياناتك وتستخدمها وتحميها عند استخدامك للموقع والخدمات على clikit.app. باستخدامك المنصة فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.
عند ربط حساب إنستغرام، نصل إلى حسابك التجاري فقط لنشر المحتوى الذي تعتمده أو تجدوله. نخزّن رموز الوصول بشكل آمن ولا ننشر أي شيء دون إجراء منك أو جدولة أعددتها. نلتزم بشروط منصة Meta وسياساتها.
عند ربط حساب تيك توك نطلب صلاحيتين فقط: user.info.basic لعرض اسم حسابك وصورته داخل نافذة النشر كي تتأكّد من الحساب قبل النشر، وvideo.publish لنشر المحتوى الذي تعتمده أنت.
ما نخزّنه: معرّف الحساب (open_id وunion_id)، والاسم الظاهر، ورابط الصورة الرمزية، ورمزا الوصول والتجديد. لا نقرأ فيديوهاتك ولا متابعيك ولا رسائلك.
الغرض: النشر نيابةً عنك بناءً على اختيارك في نافذة النشر لا غير. لا نستعمل هذه البيانات في التحليلات ولا الإعلانات ولا نبيعها ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف.
المدّة والحذف: تبقى ما دام الربط قائمًا. بفصل تيك توك من صفحة النشر تُحذف الرموز والبيانات المرتبطة فورًا ونهائيًّا.
نشارك الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل هذه الخدمات فقط.
تُخزَّن بياناتك على بنية Google Firebase الآمنة. نطبّق ضوابط وصول ونحمي رموز الوصول، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف.
يمكنك فصل حساب إنستغرام في أي وقت من صفحة النشر، وعندها تُحذف رموز الوصول. لحذف حسابك وبياناتك بالكامل، راجع صفحة حذف البيانات أو راسلنا على support@clikit.app.
لك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها. تواصل معنا لأي طلب.

This policy explains how Clikit collects, uses, and protects your data when you use the website and services at clikit.app. By using the platform you agree to this policy.
When you connect an Instagram account, we access your business account only to publish content you approve or schedule. We store access tokens securely and never post anything without your action or a schedule you set. We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and policies.
When you connect a TikTok account we request only two scopes: user.info.basic, to show your account name and avatar inside the post dialog so you can confirm the account before posting, and video.publish, to publish content you approve.
What we store: your account identifiers (open_id and union_id), display name, avatar URL, and the access and refresh tokens. We do not read your videos, followers, or messages.
Purpose: publishing on your behalf according to the choices you make in the post dialog, and nothing else. We do not use this data for analytics or advertising, and we never sell or share it.
Retention and deletion: kept only while the connection exists. Disconnecting TikTok from the Publishing page deletes the tokens and associated data immediately and permanently.
We share only the minimum data needed to operate these services.
Your data is stored on Google Firebase's secure infrastructure. We apply access controls, protect access tokens, and never sell your data.
You can disconnect Instagram anytime from the Publishing page, which removes the access tokens. To delete your account and all data, see the Data Deletion page or email support@clikit.app.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Contact us for any request.
The service is intended for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18.
We may update this policy and will post any changes on this page with an updated date.
